Learn how to efficiently import your contacts into FormDr. This guide walks you through uploading a CSV file and mapping your contact fields.
1. Prepare your CSV with the recommended contact fields, each in a separate column.
First Name
Last Name
DOB
Email
Phone Number
2. Click on the arrow icon next to your name
3. Click "My account"
4. Click "Contacts Import"
5. Click "Upload csv file"
6. Next map your CSV Fields to the corresponding FormDr Contact Fields
7. Once all fields are correctly mapped, click "Trigger Import"
