Download or Print QR Code

To Download or Print your QR Code:

1. Log in to FormDr
2. Navigate to the ‘My Forms‘ page
3. Select the ‘…’ > ‘Settings’
4. Click 'Download' or 'Print'

Using a QR Code

QR stands for "Quick Response."

QR codes are much like Barcodes but, have a better functionality because they can be scanned both horizontally and vertically. 

Many smartphones have built-in QR readers that will allow your patients/clients quick access to your forms.
