To turn on the PDF download option:
- Log in to FormDr
- Navigate to the ‘Packets + Forms‘ page
- Select the ‘…’ > ‘Settings’
- Toggle on 'Allow PDF Download'
Giving Patients the ability to download the PDF
Save time by providing the patient with a copy of the PDF automatically once they complete the form. FormDr now gives you the ability to enable this feature on each packet. Once the patient has completed the submission they will have a button on the thank you page that allows them to download a copy of the PDF.
If there is a "Thank you page" redirect, they will have a 10 second waiting period to allow them to download the PDF before being redirected to the thank you page.
