Integrating FormDr with eClinicalWorks (eCW). To start the integration process, submit a ticket to eCW requesting an integration with FormDr. eCW will initiate the process and involve FormDr when you're ready to proceed. Once the integration is established, all PDF files will be transferred via FTP.

Does FormDr Integrate with eCW?
Yes, however this will need to be initiated by the client. In order to start the process please reach out to eCW and request an integration
Does FormDr Charge to integrate with eCW?
Yes, there is a $1,000 setup fee for FormDr to integrate with eCW.
What fields will auto fill into eCW?
At this time the PDF is the only information that will transfer into eCW.
What information is required for a successful file transfer?
The patient must be created in eCW and the date of birth, first and last name must be identical to what is listed in eCW.
Can I have more than one provider listed?
Yes, our Teams Subscription allowed each provider to have their own eCW integration.
To Integrate with eCW:
- Submit a support ticket to eCW and request an integration with FormDr. They will provide you with the next steps to integrate with FormDr.
- Once eCW has approved your account you can connect your FormDr account.
To Connect your Packet:
- Go to the 'Integrations' tab and select 'Integrate with eClinicalWorks'
- Select the Frequency, Times, and Forms
- SFTP Domain, SFTP Port, SFTP Username, and Key File will be provided by eCW and will be entered by FormDr when setting up the custom integration.
- Click 'Upload a New Key File'
- Enter the Provider NPI, Provider First Name, and Provider Last Name. *Note: If the provider is not set here, it will default to the main provider in the eCW account.
- Click 'Save FTP INFO'
- Go to 'My Forms' and update your packet with the correct eCW shortcodes. *Note: If the shortcodes are not updated on the form eCW will reject the submission. The first name, last name and date of birth must be identical to what you have listed in eCW. If this information does not match eCW will reject the submission.
