Request a New Phone Number
1. Click this icon and select "My account"

2. Select the "Phone Numbers" tab from the navigation menu

3. Click "Request New Phone Number." A phone number will be generated for you.

Campaign Registration
4. Click "Campaign Registration"

5. Click "Start Phone Number Setup"

Business Information
6. Enter the required business information and click "Send"
- EIN Number
- Display Name (Brand Name / dBA)
- Company Name (Legal Company Name)
- Vertical (e.g., Healthcare)
- Business Email
- Business Contact Number (+12223334444)
- Website
- Full Business Address
- Type of Organization (e.g., Private Profit)
Note: Business Contact Number must be entered in the exact format +12223334444
Carrier Registration
7. After a few seconds, the status of the 'Business Information' step will change to "Complete."
Tip: Refresh after 30 seconds
Click on "Create your first campaign"

The 'Carrier Registration step' takes about 3-5 business days to complete.
Activation and Testing
8. Click "Add your first phone number"
