Images On Forms

To Add Images On Forms:

1. Log in to FormDr
2. Navigate to the ‘Packets + Forms‘ page
3. Select the ‘…’ > ‘Edit Forms’
4. Select ‘Next to Build’

Add an Image to Your Form

Navigate to the form builder, and select the ‘Image’ widget. You can click on the ‘Image’ widget for it to load at the bottom of your form, or select and hold to drag and drop the image widget in the place of the form you would like. To edit the image widget, hover over the ‘…’ and click the edit button. Here you can upload your image and adjust its settings.

To upload your image, simply click the ‘Browse’ button, this will allow you to upload an image from your computer. Once your image is uploaded, you can adjust the alignment, left, center, right and the size of the image. When you are finished adjusting your image settings, publish to save the changes.
