Drawing On Images

To Add An Image That Can Be Drawn On:

1. Log in to FormDr
2. Navigate to the ‘Packets + Forms‘ page
3. Select the ‘…’ > ‘Edit Forms’
4. Select ‘Next to Build’

Adding a Drawing

Select the ‘Drawing’ widget from the ‘Images & Uploads’ area. You can upload an image from your computer. Once configured, your patient will be able to mark on the image and submit their drawing back to you.
