To Use Groups And Presets:
- Log in to FormDr
- Navigate to the ‘My Forms‘ page
- Select the ‘…’ > ‘Edit Forms’
- Select ‘Next to Build’
Using Groups
Groups will give you more control over managing the elements on your forms. Select ‘Group’ under ‘Formatting’ in the builder. The group will load a blank area onto your form that states ‘Drag & drop form elements here.’
Once adding your first group, you can add form elements directly into the group. Groups allow you to do the following:
- Required – making a group required will ensure that a patient completes at least one element out of the group
- Duplicate – duplicate multiple fields at once by loading them into a group first, then selecting duplicate
- Title – the title of a group will display only when a patient misses a field in a required group. Upon attempted submission, the patient will be notified that a field was missed in the ‘Title’ of this group.
- Move – move multiple form elements to a different form in your packet
- Presets – load predefined fields from a list
