Beginner Form Building Schedule:

1. July 2, 2024: Sections - Patient Demographics

   • Description: We will demonstrate how to create a simple section to collect general patient information using the formatting tools available in the builder. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

2. July 9, 2024: Sections - Medical History

   • Description: We will show how to make a medical history section to collect any relevant information that may be needed when assessing your patients. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

3. July 16, 2024: Sections - Rating Scales / Calculations

   • Description: We will go through how to use conditional elements to set up your forms to be more dynamic. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.
