Beginner Form Building Schedule:

  1. June 4, 2024: Formatting Selections - Beginner

    • Description: We will demonstrate how to create sections that will display multiple elements per row on a form and will go over simple techniques that will help make forms be more efficient and pleasing. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  2. June 11, 2024: Reformatting Section - Beginner

    • Description: We will show how to update your forms to reformat sections that you would like to adjust. Making forms easier for the patient to fill out will ensure you receive all of the necessary information you require. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  3. June 18, 2024: Conditional Formatting - Beginner

    • Description: We will go through how to use conditional elements to set up your forms to be more dynamic. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  4. June 25, 2024: Formatting for Printed Forms

    • Description:  No matter how much you would like everything to be virtual, inevitably you will end up needing to use printed forms for a patient at a certain point. In this webinar we will review how to set up your forms to be consistent across the web and printed versions. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  3. June 20, 2024: Autofill into Paragraph Widget

    • Description: In this webinar we will show how to use the autofill function to produce information in paragraphs based on selections made by the patient. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session

  4. June 27, 2024: Building a Document Template

    • Description: In this webinar we will show how to set up a document template complete with multiple signers/recipients and we will demonstrate how to create a document template and how to send it as well. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session
