  1. April 2, 2024: Adding New Forms

    • Description: Adding New Forms. We will walk you through all the different ways to setup a packet and add new forms. 

  2. April 9, 2024: Adding New Form: Creating Demographics

    • Description: Creating Demographics. Here we will walk you through the basic setup of creating a demographic questionnaire. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  3. April 16, 2024: Adding New Form: Using the Group Tool

    • Description: Using the Group Tool. How to group items and move them to different areas within your packet. This will also consist of group preset reviews. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  4. April 23, 2024: Creating Questions (Medical History)

    • Description: Creating Questions. Here we will walk you through the steps of setting up a medical history questionnaire. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  5. April 30, 2024: Updating Packet Order and Moving Forms

    • Description: We will show you how to update the order of the forms in your packets as well as how to move forms between tabs using the Group tool. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

Advanced Form Building Schedule:

  1. April 4,2023: Editing an existing packet/form

    • Description: Learn how to edit your existing packet. This will consist of editing required fields, questions and paragraph text. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  2. April 11, 2023: Autofill/ Autofill Paragraph

    • Description: Autofill questions and paragraph text. Here will will learn about the Patient Name Widget, autofilling questions and autofilling text within a paragraph. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  3. April 18, 2023: Adding Conditional Questions – Insurance and Photo Widget

    • Description: Adding conditional questions. In this webinar we will show how to setup a conditional question for collecting insurance information, including photos. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  4. April 25, 2023: Rating Scale and Calculations
