Beginner Form Building Schedule:

  1. May 7, 2024:Separating Packets

    • Description: We will demonstrate how to create a new packet using forms from others and also how to split a packet into multiple different packets. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  2. May 14, 2024: Autofill Information in Forms

    • Description: We will show how to update your forms to use the autofill function to help your patients save time when filling them out. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  3. May 21, 2024:Styling Packets and Forms

    • Description: We will go through how to use the Style page to update the way your form looks to the patient to ensure consistency with your branding. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  4. May 28, 2024: Adding Calculations to Forms

    • Description:  We will demonstrate how to add a calculation tool that will automatically calculate the score based on selections by the patient. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

    • Description: We will show how to utilize the Synced Forms in packets to help you save time when it comes to updating them. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  2. May 9, 2024: Advanced Conditional Questions / Autofill

    • Description: We will demonstrate how to use conditional formatting to create multiple versions of a set of forms in the same packet. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  3. May 16, 2024: Using the Group Tool 

    • Description: We will show how to use the group tool to help reorder or reformat your packets. The Group tool can also be used to help with formatting. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  4. May 23, 2023: Advanced Calculations

    • Description: In this webinar we will take the calculation tool and demonstrate how to use it to make advanced calculations with multiple functions. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session
