Beginner Form Building Schedule:

1. March 5, 2024: Open Text Widgets

   • Description: Using Text Field and Large Text Field. We will go through the different uses for these elements and how they can be used to collect information from patients. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

2. March 12, 2024: Selection Option Widgets

   • Description: How to use the selection option widgets. We will talk about each element and how they can best be used in forms to collect information. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

3. March 19, 2024: Paragraph Elements

   • Description: Creating paragraphs and using the Signature widget. We will show how to use the paragraph tool to create consent forms and review the use of the Signature and Date widgets. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

4. March 26, 2024: Images and Uploads

   • Description: We will discuss how to add images to forms, create drawing elements so patients can mark as needed and how to use the upload widgets to collect ID, insurance card images, etc. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

Advanced Form Building Schedule:

1. March 7,2023: Repeating Section and Table Widgets

   • Description: Creating a repeating section and table. We will talk about the functionality of both widgets and how best to use them, including how to create a section that will allow the patient to add as many sections as needed (current medications, for example).
     We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

2. March 14, 2023: Columns and Groups (Formatting)

   • Description: How to format elements. We will show how to use the available formatting tools to have your forms display the way you desire. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

3. March 21, 2023: Selection Option Widgets (Advanced)

   • Description: How to use these widgets with conditional information and autofill. We will walk through how to autocomplete selections made as well as how to use conditional information to make your forms the most efficient they can be. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

4. March 28, 2023 : Rating Scale and Calculations

   • Description: Rating Scale with Calculations. In this webinar we will build a rating scale questionnaire that will auto calculate the total results. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.
