Beginner Form Building Schedule:

1. February 6, 2023: Embedding Forms on Website / Blank PDFs
   • Description: We will demonstrate how to embed forms on a website so your patients can complete the forms without leaving your site and also how to create a blank PDF for use in office. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.
2. February 13, 2023: Adding Images to Forms

   • • Description: We will go through how to add images to forms to be used as logos, signatures and body images for the patient to draw on. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

3. February 20, 2023: Creating a Form from Scratch

   • Description: We will show how to create a form starting from a blank page and how to format elements on the page. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

4. February 27, 2023 - Importing Existing Forms
   • Description: Learn how to import any forms that already exist in your account into packets. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

Advanced Form Building Schedule:

1. February 1, 2023: Editing Conditional Forms
   • Description: We will demonstrate how to edit forms when they are set up conditionally (Male/Female, Minor/Adult, etc.), presenting different information depending on an answer selection by the patient. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session
2. February 8, 2023: Using and Editing Templates
   • Description:  We will demonstrate how to add our pre-made templates to a packet and how to edit them to better fit your practice. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.
3. February 22, 2023: Editing Forms that Exist in Multiple Packets

   • Description: We will go through how to update forms that may appear in multiple packets to ensure consistency across all of them. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

4. February 29, 2023: Using Synced Forms in Packets
   • Description: We will show how to utilize the Synced Forms in packets to help you save time when it comes to updating them. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.
