September 2023 Webinar Schedule

Beginner Form Building Schedule:

  1. September 5, 2023: Printing Submissions

    • Description: We will discuss the exporting options for submissions and how to update the way printed exports will be displayed. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  2. September 12, 2023: Formatting Paragraph Information

    • Description: We will show how to format information in paragraphs to improve how text based information is displayed on the forms. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  3. September 19, 2023: Creating a Questionnaire

    • Description: We will go through how to create a questionnaire using the different form building elements in the builder. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  4. September 26, 2023: Creating Informational Forms

    • Description: We will show how to create a form that is solely information for the patient to be provided that does not need to be returned to you and how to deal with the submissions of these forms. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

Advanced Form Building Schedule:

  1. September 7, 2023: Using Autofill to Create Notes

    • Description: We will go through how to use the autofill function to display information for your staff based off of patient selections in the form. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  2. September 14, 2023: Calculating Calculations

    • Description: We will demonstrate how use the Calculation tool to automatically calculate the output of other calculation tools to provide an overall total score based on patient selections. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  3. September 21, 2023: Combining/Splitting Packets

    • Description: We will show how to combine or split them up into multiple packets on the Packets + Forms Page. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  4. September 28, 2023: Using Prefilled Forms

    • Description: We will discuss how to set up your forms to include specific information when sending to patients or to be able to prefill or select certain questions before sending. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.
