Beginner Form Building Schedule:

  1. August 1, 2023: Combining Packets

    • Description: We will demonstrate how to combine packets and import forms using the tools available in the builder. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  2. August 8, 2023: Creating and Using Synced Forms

    • Description: We will show how to make the most out of the Synced Forms and how to update them when needed. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  3. August 15, 2023: Adding Images to Forms

    • Description: We will go through how to add images to forms to be used as logos, signatures and body images for the patient to draw on. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  4. August 22, 2023: Creating a Form from Scratch

    • Description: We will show how to create a form starting from a blank page and how to format elements on the page. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  5. August 29, 2023: Creating a Form from a Template

    • Description: We will demonstrate how to use the premade templates to create a packet of forms. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

Advanced Form Building Schedule:

  1. August 3, 2023: Autofill in Paragraphs

    • Description: We will go through how to use the autofill function to display information in a Paragraph widget based on what the patient has entered. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  2. August 10, 2023: Calculations

    • Description: We will demonstrate how use the Calculation tool to automatically calculate scores as well as how to include other calculations in the final score. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  3. August 17, 2023: Hiding Forms from Patients

    • Description: We will show how to hide specific forms in a packet so that when it is sent to the patient they will only see the forms you want them to. This can be very useful for any staff only information. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  4. August 24, 2023: Styling Packets

    • Description: We will discuss how to style your forms to better represent your practice and how to copy this styling into other packets as well. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.

  5. August 31, 2023: Embedding Forms on Website / Blank PDFs

    • Description: We will demonstrate how to embed forms on a website so your patients can complete the forms without leaving your site and also how to create a blank PDF for use in office. We will wrap up with a live Q&A session.
