The columns widget allows you to align question horizontally instead of vertically. 

Use this widget to

• Group questions/text left to right
• Commonly used for Medical History check boxes 

1. Drag & Drop form elements here: Drag and drop a form element in this section to align it horizontally.
2. Widget Options
   • Hide on Print: This will hide the widget when selecting print or downloading the PDF. 
3. Columns Number: Allows you to select how many items you want to align in the column. 
4. Move: Use this tool to move the widget to another form within the same packet.
5. Duplicate: Will create an identical copy of the current widget.
6. Delete Field: Will delete the widget from the form.
7. Collapse Widget: The "Pencil" button or "Done" button will collapse/close the widget.
