Deleting A Form From A Packet

To Delete A Form From A Packet:

1. Log in to FormDr
2. Navigate to the ‘My Forms‘ page
3. Select the ‘…’ > ‘Edit Forms’
4. Right Click on the form you want to delete
5. Exit and Publish 

Deleting a Form from a Packet

To delete a form from you packet, simply select the ‘…’ > ‘Edit Forms’ and right click on the form you wish to delete. Once you have deleted the form click ‘Back to account’ > ‘Publish’ or click through the buttons at the bottom. (Next to build, Style, Publish, My Account). Use caution when deleting forms, as this cannot be restored. You can also hide the forms if you do not want patients to have access to them.
