1. Log in to FormDr
2. Navigate to the ‘Packets + Forms‘ page
3. Select the ‘…’ > ‘Edit Forms’
4. Or select ‘Add A Packet’

Creating a Form From Scratch

Selecting the ‘Scratch’ button from the Add Forms page will generate a blank form for your to work from. The first step to creating a form from scratch is to name the form. Once your form is named, click the ‘Save Name’ button and then ‘Next to Build.’
