To Upload A Form To Formdr:

1. Log in to FormDr
2. Navigate to the ‘Packets + Forms‘ page
3. Select the ‘…’ > ‘Edit Forms’
4. Or select ‘Add A Packet’

Uploading a form to FormDr to convert

Selecting the ‘Convert File’ button will allow you to upload a file for the FormDr team. Once you upload the file you will have the option to name the file. After your form is named, click the ‘Save Name’ button and ‘Next to Build.’

To submit your form be sure to click through the form builder. (I.E. Next to build, style, publish, my account)

Clicking through the builder will submit your uploaded form to the FormDr team.
