Search And Filter Records

To Search And Filter Patient Records:

1. Log in to FormDr
2. Select ‘Records‘

Search Records

You can search for a patient’s record by typing the patient name and then clicking the ‘Search’ button. Patient records will be listed beneath the search bar.

Filtering Records

To filter records, simply select the first letter of the patient’s last name. To view all patient records, click on the ‘All’ button.
