To Publish Form Edits:
- Log in to FormDr
- Navigate to the ‘Packets + Forms‘ page
- Select the ‘…’ > ‘Edit Forms’
- Select ‘Next to Build’
- Select ‘Next to Style’
- Select ‘Next to Publish’
- Select '‘My Account’
Publishing Form Edits
To publish the changes to your form that you are ready to go live you will want to click through all the buttons on the bottom right hand side of the form builder.
Once you have made the edits you need to you form click 'Next to Style, Next to Publish, My Account.'
After clicking 'My Account' you will taken to the 'Send + Receive' page. Your form is now published and ready to send to patients/clients.
