To Save Form Edits:

1. Log in to FormDr
2. Navigate to the ‘Packets + Forms‘ page
3. Select the ‘…’ > ‘Edit Forms’
4. Select ‘Next to Build’
5. Select 'Save Draft'
6. Select 'Back to Account'
7. Select 'Save Draft and Exit'

Saving Form Edits

To save changes to your form that you are not ready to publish you will want to click 'Save Draft'. 

Once you have made the edits you need to you form click 'Save Draft'. After you have clicked save changes you can exit the form builder by clicking 'Back to Account'. From the 'Back to Account' screen you will want to select 'Save Draft and Exit'. Selecting 'Save Draft and Exit' will save all the changes but wont make them live for your patients/clients. 

To see all saved changes you will need to go back into the form builder.

Once you are on the Packets + Forms page you will see a "clock" next to your packet name. This means you have unpublished changes or a saved draft.
