How do I text forms out of FormDr?

To Send A Text Message Invitation:

1. Log in to FormDr
2. Navigate to ‘Send + Receive‘
3. At the top, enter the information into ‘Send Forms’

Send a Text Message Invitation

Quickly send a text message invitation to your patients. Simply navigate to ‘Send Forms,’ type the patient’s name and phone number. Select the forms you would like to send and click the ‘Send Forms’ button. Your patient will immediately receive a link to your forms. You can track your patient’s progress as a patient opens your forms, saves their progress, and completes your forms.
