To Manage Email Subscriptions through the app:
- Log in to FormDr
- Select ‘My Account‘
- Scroll down to the ‘Email Subscriptions’
To Manage Email Subscriptions through your email:
- Click on the email notification you received from FormDr
- Select ‘Manage your email preferences‘
- After clicking the link, a new page will open and allow you to turn on/off the different notifications.
Email Subscriptions
When initially setting up your account, you may be automatically subscribed to several email subscriptions; Received Form Alerts, Form Builder Alerts, Educational Emails, and Newsletters.
Received Form Alerts
These alerts will send you an email notification whenever a patient has submitted completed forms back to your account. You will get an email notifying you to login to your account to view the completed submission. Click the toggle to turn this notification on or off. Toggled on will be orange and toggled off will be grey.
Form Builder Alerts
These notifications will go out when a change has been made to your forms, from an admin. Typically alerts go out when a new form packet is published. Click the toggle to turn this notification on or off. Toggled on will be orange and toggled off will be grey.
Educational Emails
We may send out periodic educational emails to you that include updates to the product. Click the toggle to turn this notification on or off. Toggled on will be orange and toggled off will be grey.
Newsletters
We may send out periodic newsletters that may pertain partner promotions. Click the toggle to turn this notification on or off. Toggled on will be orange and toggled off will be grey.
