To View Your Account Usage:
- Log in to FormDr
- Select ‘My Account‘
- Select ‘Usage‘
- Hover your cursor over the column titles to view your account plan monthly usage limits.
Account Usage Information
Your account usage will be displayed on the Usage page. Each plan will have different usage that is included, and if you go over on your usage, you may be prompted to upgrade or pay for overage charges. Below is a list of all the features tracked in your account usage:
- Space Used – The amount of information in GB of the information in the submissions of the account (images or files will have a larger impact).
- Monthly Submissions – The total number of submissions in a given month.
- Monthly Form Views – The total number of views or clicks of packets or forms.
- SMS Invites – The total number of packets or forms sent via SMS to patients in a given month.
- Email Invites – The total number of packets or forms sent via Email to patients in a given month.
- PDF Exports – The total number of submissions exported/downloaded as a PDF in a given month.
- CSV Exports – The total number of submissions exported/downloaded as a CSV in a given month.
- Signers – The total number of submissions of a Document Template in a given month.
- Submission Storage – The total number of stored submissions on your account, this includes the ‘Send + Receive’ and ‘Records.’
If you are nearing an overage, you may receive an email alerting you that additional charges may apply. Other overages you will be prompted to upgrade.
