Learn how to effectively hide specific fields from your users within FormDr. This guide will walk you through the steps to manage form visibility and ensure a streamlined user experience.
To Hide A Form In Your Packet:
- Log in to FormDr
- Navigate to the ‘Packets + Forms‘ page
- Select the ‘…’ > ‘Edit Forms’
- Select ‘Next to Build’
Hide a form in Your Packet
To hide a form in your packet, simply click the ‘Hide from user’ toggle on the form you do not want others to see. If the toggle is orange the form is hidden. This form will be hidden from public view, however once the form is submitted you will be able to see the form in the Send + Receive section of FormDr. This is good for hiding ‘Office Only’ pages or even forms you are not currently using.
To unhide the form in your packet go back to the form builder and click the ‘Hide from user’ toggle. If the toggle is greyed out the form will be available for patients to fill out.

4. Click "Edit Forms"
5. Click "Next to Style"
6. Click the "Hide From User" field.
7. Click "Next to Style"
8. Click "Next to Publish"
9. Click "Finished Building? Go To My Account"
