Select: Allows you to select multiple records at once.
Merge: Merge will allow you to merge two different records together.
Trash: Select a records to send to the trash can.
Filter by Account: By default all child account records will be displayed. Use the 'Filter by account' to select records from individual child accounts.
Search Patients: You can search for a patient’s record by typing the patient name and then clicking the ‘Search’ button. Patient records will be listed beneath the search bar.
Filter Records: To filter records, simply select the first letter of the patient’s last name. To view all patient records, click on the ‘All’ button.
Trash: To empty the trash, at the far right of the filters (next to Z) you can view all trashed records. There are options to delete each record permanently or to restore them. You can also empty the entire trash which will delete all records located in the trash.
Records: In the patient’s record, you will find all of the submissions completed by that patient, this includes incomplete submissions as well. You can add notes, files, and images to the patient’s record. There is also an option to view the most recent demographics of the patient
