To Share Forms:
In the 'Users' section, you will see a list of all locations admins in your account. These admins will be broken up in two sections.
Section 1. Network Users: Network Users are ready to share with other child accounts immediately.
Section 2. (Child Account Name) Users: These are Users that are not yet available to share. To share these users they must first be turned into 'Network' user. Once they are turned into 'Network' user, you will be able to share access with other child accounts
Section 2. (Child Account Name) Users: To turn these admins into a network user click the 'Network' toggle on the account. Once it is turned on, the user will be moved to 'Section 1. Network Users'
4. Once you have all your network users selected, click 'Manage' on the user you want to give access to.
5. After clicking 'Manage' the form options will open and list the child accounts you can give the admin user access to:
- Pick each location you want to admin to access
6. After you have toggled on the locations you want the admin to have access to they will have a drop down at the top. This drop down will list every child account you have given them access to.
