To Delete A Packet Of Forms:

  1. Log in to FormDr
  2. Navigate to the ‘Packets + Forms‘ page
  3. Select the ‘…’ > ‘Delete’

Deleting a Form Packet

To delete a packet of forms, simply select the ‘…’ > ‘Delete.’ Use caution when deleting forms, as this cannot be restored. You can also disable the forms if you do not want patients to have access to them.
